Any questions? Comments? Thoughts? Send me a text!

We spend a lot of time being told it's all about affirmations. You'll get everything you want if you just affirm it. I'm going to challenge that. I wanna introduce a concept called Interrogative Self-Talk - getting a conversation with ourselves going. It's super cool. Here's why: Our brain is wired to believe. So, how do we get to the place where we can believe in order to achieve? We gotta actually challenge ourselves. Rationally we then put into order and make sense of things and then work out a way to believe and therefore achieve. Try it out. Boom.

One way to affirm stuff is with I'm hosting a "Lunch n' Learn" at 12:07 MST Wednesday November 25th (6:07 AEST Thursday November 26th... "Breaky n' Brains" ??) So please visit my Facebook Page www.facebook.com/miketheschwartz if you'd like to sit in on that. You can also register here. Just like my FB page and check the replay if you happen to catch this episode afterwards.

Thanks y'all. Til Next time. Stay sweet. PAYCE!
