As high achievers, hitting a slump where you feel uninspired, unmotivated, and unproductive can feel like a shock to our system. We have this instinct to push through it as hard as we can, or to stay in busy mode to distract ourselves, or we judge and punish ourselves for not accomplishing enough.
I am in the midst of a slump myself, and I’m learning to embrace these uncomfortable periods as a signal from my body to slow down, rest, and recharge. In this episode I’m sharing my thoughts on this current bout of feeling unmotivated and what has worked for me to begin to ease out of it.
