What is emotional exhaustion? What does it look like? Do you have it? And what do you do about it?

Let’s just start off by saying that emotional exhaustion is hard. And it’s also the way of it sometimes.

Emotional exhaustion happens when all of your emotional and energetic reserves have been used up and you get left running on empty.
