It’s hard to focus on diet and exercise when your todo list is a mile long. But Adam Gilbert, founder of My Body Tutor says “when you conquer yourself, you feel like you can conquer the world.”
Adam founded My Body Tutor, weight loss coaching with accountability, in 2007 and has had countless success stories since launching.
Through a daily accountability app, members track their meals and exercise and ask questions to coaches.
But instead of just giving feedback on calories in and out, coaches work with members to understand their eating habits and triggers.
“For the most part, we all know what to do. But knowing what to do is very different from actually doing it,” said Adam.
