In many ways, Bad News Brown was Stone Cold 1.0 in late 80s WWF: he bucked authority, he marched to his own drum, and he was just as likely to sucker punch a heel as he was a babyface.  In 1989 the WWF fans weren't quite ready to see a character like this as anything more than a hated heel.  So what would happen if this character met up with an Attitude Era Steve Austin?!?!
