We also talk about being different and the difference of trying to be different and wanting to be different.
Alora tells me a story about a conversation that she recently had about when she was younger at an old school that she was told that she wasn't liked by some of her school mates. Surprisingly enough Alora was unfazed by it.
Having thick skin is a skill that can be learned but even those who have thick skin also have a weak spot.
