Today we’re talking with Eddie Lorin, Founder and CEO of Impact Housing. a real estate investment trust. Eddie shares his personal story—he lost his father when he was an infant and then also his mother when he was 17.  He talks about the personal struggles he overcame and what he’s learned from them.  Since he got into the real estate industry, Eddie has been on a crusade to provide affordable housing across America. He says one of the most important things we can do is put a roof over someone’s head. Over the past 30 years, Eddie has successfully purchased and transformed more than 180 thriving communities, turning blight into light, covering approximately 40,000 apartment units nationwide.
