Featuring Jenée from Edacious!
edacious (e·da·cious – /iˈdāSHəs/ – adjective. Of, relating to, or given to eating. From the Latin edere, to eat. Synonyms: voracious – gluttonous – ravenous – greedy – piggish.). Edacious is a food-centric podcast for Charlottesville enthusiasts, chefs, producers and purveyors, as well as anyone who is ravenous about food in their region of the world. Every other week I’ll present a topic and then bring in a regionally-based food expert to discuss it. Edacious brings food people together to connect, to actually sit down and talk to one another, rather than just talking about one another through social media. By fostering connection, we can celebrate the bounty that exists not only in our hometown, but throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
