Melissa Hinnant's amazingly successful business, Grace and Lace (graceandlace.com), started as a result of working through the worst tragedy any parent can imagine...losing a child. 

Yet, she and her husband, Rick were committed to not "wasting the pain". They believed something good could come out of their heartbreak and they were right.
