Kai then launched a conversation about love and loving oneself (21:59) where a comment from a viewer advanced the talk to gratefulness (31:18). Another comment opens the topic about being together but not on the same page (44:14).

Dell then poses a question on how do people who are not used to do spiritual wellness deal with whatever life throws at them (52:16) where he adds about habits and norms on where instead we choose to deal with, we put bandage over bandage on it making it a cycle (58:48). Kai opens up a similar habit of Dell, where they talk about and resolved it (59:05).

Dell was then prompted to tell an account about what happened when he and his son Jayden first encountered Kai's crystals to answer a viewer's question about differences in beliefs (1:03:08).
