Part of our job as health and fitness coaches is to commit to the newest workout programs as they become available in our network. We're also fortunate enough to qualify for special coaching business trips throughout the year. Somehow fate intervened this past October during one of these trips and allowed us to cross paths with Elise Joan, the creator of Beachbody's newest workout program, Barre Blend, releasing this January.
It may or may not surprise you that Jenna was hanging out at the local BAR during this past business trip. She weaseled her way into Elise's conversation, and a beautiful friendship was formed! (I hope you can sense the sarcasm here, but in all honesty, this description is 100% accurate!)
