Along with Mark Wahlberg and Steve Levinson, Harry Arnett is the cofounder and CEO of the clothing brand Municipal, which was created to motivate people to overcome any obstacle that gets in their way of living their best life. I have a few tshirts from Municipal, and I can honestly say that their "origin" shirt is literally my favorite tshirt in my closet right now. It Is the most comfortable shirt I have. Harry has a really impressive professional resume serving in executive positions at companies like Calloway and TaylorMade. His journey is really interesting because it wasn't until after leading those massive, household brand names that he left to lead a start up company in Municipal. In this conversation we talked about the psychology of this career pivot "later" in the game which I found to be super interesting and inspiring. With a few teenage daughters, Harry is a seasoned dad, and the lessons from his experiences that we chat about today invaluable. Harry is extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and articulate and has a unique approachability to him. He oozes with wisdom, and after chatting with him it's no surprise he's been as successful as he's been. Above it all he is an incredible man, husband, and father, and it was honor to host him on the show.
