Probably some of the most difficult discussions we can have in our lives are to do with the topic of sex.

Whether it's talking to our partner, or to our children, most of us struggle with discomfort to one degree or another, depending on our own backgrounds.

In this episode, we have the opportunity to talk with Jill Whitney LMFT, who focuses her work on improving and supporting communication about sexuality and relationship with kids and their parents and between intimate partners.

 

Jill publishes a blog called "Keep the Talk Going", and offers practical, down to earth advice about addressing this subject in a helpful, non-threatening way.

Both Bill and Gina shared stories of our own personal challenges, and Jill provided a lot of useful input.
