Noel is a wife, momma to three, a lover of people, and an advocate for clean living.

She and her husband of 9 years are raising their sweet girls in Southern California while also running a family business.

Noel’s honesty about the difficulties in welcoming their third little girl into the world, while trying to maintain a home and a business, is refreshing and eye-opening.

She offers hope to new mommas by recalling ways to live in the moment, as well as sharing how to stay connected and clear of “mom-guilt” by opening up to trusted friends.
