Todd De Voe’s involvement in Emergency Response, Emergency Management, Education and Volunteer Management started in 1989 when he became a volunteer firefighter in upstate New York. In 1991 Todd joined Navy and became a Hospital Corpsman.
After his service, Todd served as an emergency medical responder (EMT) in some of the toughest parts of Los Angeles County and later became the the Emergency Services Coordinator for the City of Dana Point.
Today Todd teaches at Coastline College, California State University Fullerton and The University of California Irvine.
