BODY: Energy Follows Movement. You don't need a gym membership to heal. If you are stuck in a sedentary loop, just get up and walk around the garden or have a "kitchen dance." When you move your physical body, you move the stagnant energy that causes ailment.
SOUL: Nourish with Laughter. Depression can often be the soul’s way of crying out for nourishment. If you don't know what makes you happy, write a list of things to try and tick them off one by one. Find what makes you laugh and do more of it.
HOME: Rearrange the Energy. Your home is your castle. Moving your furniture or adding plants literally shifts the energetic flow of your space. If you feel stuck mentally, start by decluttering a physical room. As you clear your home, you clear your mind.
