058 - St. Damien and Our Visit to Moloka’i

Mike and Alexandra break from the liturgical calendar to discuss:

    • Drink of the Week: The St. Damien Cocktail, amplified

    1 ½ oz. gin

    ¾ oz. pineapple juice

    ¼ oz. lemon juice

    ¼ oz. grenadine

    1 pineapple chunk and 1 cherry for garnish

    1 splash soda water (optional)


    Pour all liquid ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake forty times. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with pineapple and cherry. Add sparkling water if desired.
