Inflation at the highest its been in 40 years. Real estate skyrocketing. Supply chain disruption making every day items more expensive. Stocks are down big time in 2022. 

Are we heading into a recession? It's hard to say but we can be prepared for when we do go into a recession. Did I say "when"? Yes I did, because recessions are a natural part of the economic cycle and there is no way to avoid them.
