This is a wild time to be alive - and often times we can easily get sucked into the collective energies of feeling a sense of “urgency” - as if time is running out and our minds can sometimes make us feel as though we need to be doing more, when in reality - your BEING is the priority.  Today I’m sharing a little of my personal experience about knowing your role in the shift, listening to your inner compass and resonance when navigating social media realms, and coming back to stillness & inner abundance and speaking, acting, and thinking from that space.  

If we are taking actions to “save” others because our Ego is perceiving suffering and lack, and we feel pity - that energy is embedded in our action.    How can we transmute the misconceptions within our own being first and foremost (like putting on your mask first before helping others) and then act from a place of inner knowing that all roles, experiences, choices and beliefs are valid experiences of Spirit - and love is at the core.  

Your energy, your mindset, your resonance, your focus, and your discernment are the biggest keys right now to support the planet. Go within - do not underestimate the power you wield to change the planet from the inside out.
