059 ~ Management Lesson From My Son

 

On May 15, 2017, my son shipped out to Army Basic Combat Training at Fort Benning,GA.

He’s in the Army National Guard / ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps).

He had the chance to contract with the ROTC and got to the Army Officer Training camp, instead of the Enlisted Army Basic Combat Training

But he wanted the longer, tougher training camp.

He chose 14 weeks of Basic Training instead of 4.

Some people looked at him like he was crazy.

But was he?
