Nikki happened into the real estate business, but loves it because of the freedom and money she can make. Nikki started out in the property management business working with my sister. When my sister started to downsize her business, I hired Nikki to help me. She has been awesome helping with BPOs, expenses, marketing, and much more. Plus she is a licensed agent and sells more houses than most full-time agents! Nikki has become the main person helping me with my flipping business.
