Susan Forbes is thefounder of Next Level Ready. Susan played college volleyball at a competitive D1 school. She has long been passionate about college sports and student-athlete development.

She works with high school athletes to help them get recruited and works a lot on developing a mindset that will help them continue the success they've created at the next level. She also coaches college athletes to adjust to life at the next level, helping them learn to manage the many expectations and emotions that come with life as a college athlete.
