Jelena is from Libya and also lives in Bahrain with 5 years experience in personal training as well as a nutritionist. She’s active in so many sports like football, tennis, karate, gymnastics, etc. She also started calisthenics 8 years ago.

 

“People who are complaining. But someone who's complaining, oh I cannot afford. No, you can but you don't want to invest. People who ever want to invest in something, do it. You will thank yourself after. Because how I finished that level, I could do on my own now. Imagine the five years of complaining, you're going to feel really bad because I wasted five years, or one year whatever, I could do work way better. I'm older now, I need more time.” - Jelena Mlavenovis
