In today’s solo episode, I take you through three common Inner Saboteurs that block our manifestations and happiness: the Victim, the Savior, and the Overachiever.
I so often see this happen in others and myself: When we feel stuck and out of the flow of life, one of these inner saboteurs is running the show.
This isn’t something we do consciously - our nervous systems naturally create self-sabotaging behaviors as coping mechanisms in an attempt to survive, connect and belong in our environments.
While perhaps temporary these saboteurs keep us 'safe', these survival patterns eventually lead to burnout and dis-ease, as we shrink ourselves to fit into boxes and roles too small for us.
We block ourselves from expanding into the life we desire and fully expressing our truth. Instead, these parts have us move further and further away from our authentic radiant selves.
Luckily, we can shift our subconscious wiring through awareness and by healing these self-sabotaging parts. So they don’t see a need anymore to dim your light (protect you) and start to collaborate with you instead (so you can thrive!)
I also share about a 4th part, your Core Part or The Inner Leader. This is the part of you that feels most grounded, at peace and clear to make empowered, aligned decisions in every moment.
This is all about attending to your Internal Family so you can find more ease and flow in your daily life, and in the pursuit of your dreams and goals.
