2. Gratitude: Write 3 things you grateful for. 

 

3. Intention. Create 1 intention for the day. 

 

4. Pray or meditate: This is a great way to center yourself.

 

5. Visualize: See yourself accomplishing your intention for the day. 

 

6. Music/Motivation: This will open your heart to give you passion for the day.
