Eddy Arriola just wrapped up an incredible chapter of his life.  He started a bank in the depths of the economic crisis with no prior banking experience, grew it over the next ten years as valuable pillar in the Miami business community, and just sold the bank with a very attractive multiple that made all who invested in him very happy.  Somewhere along the way, he found time to become an invaluable influence in my life.  We discuss that journey in this episode which is officially one of my 5 favorite conversations of all time!
