Myrna Hoed is a creative and skilled coach and trainer, impacting gracefully. She started her career studying Law and Theatre dramaturgy. After setting up different theatre festivals, she felt the calling to work in education to train people's skills and develop organisations that aim to impact society and culture in a positive way. She was co-founder of the Academy of the City, Founder of the No Bullshit Academy, and Founder of Innovaness, a training company for innovation and interventions that matter. Her favourite themes to work on are: the Human factor (starting with the individual), embodied & emotional learning (how to use our emotions & body), attitude change (changing habits), integrity, and responsibility (as part of co-creation). She loves to design new programmes, create surprising and innovative solutions and she loves to dance Brazilian Forró.
Myrna Hoed joined the team for EoF village Vocation & Profit in November 2019, to contribute to a new economy where the social impact is of higher value than the financial reward. And to share her skills in co-creating, design, embodied learning, creating connections, and motivating others to their full potential.
