Virginia Vigliar is a poet, writer, and editor who has spent the last 15 years researching Social Justice and Feminism. She has been published in Atmos Magazine, The Guardian, Vice, and Al Jazeera, plus she leads the Art Corner by The Tilt. She is also the mind and soul behind this podcast’s Poetry Forest, featured in each of our episodes, a space for reflection based around a selection of her inspiring pieces of literature. 

Through the use of what she calls a "poetic antidote to toxic narratives", she causes silent rebellions that reconnect individuals to their bodies and highlight the power of creativity, spirituality, and art in our society. She is an honest writer that experiments with empathy and roots her work in her own evolution, fears, and ideals.
