What do you do when your family doesn't support you? I know it's hard and it's sad, I've been there. You want them to support you, you want them to help you, you want them to show interest, and you spend so much time trying to deserve their approval.

It's not fair. But trying so hard to make them support you is not fair either. Instead of focusing on your dream and on showing to yourself the love and support that you need, you waste precious energy on them.

Don't be like them. Choose you. You need you and, after all, the support and love and approval and appreciation you're seeking starts with you and within you.

Set your boundaries, learn to love and support yourself and prove them wrong.

You can.
