A door is a means of access. When a door is opened unto you, it means access has been granted unto you. Acts 14:27. 2 Corinthians 2:12. 

An open door is a door that brings the death situations back to life. 

A new opened door is a door for new opportunities. God always wants to provide for His children.

Open door also means deliverance from certain prisons. Acts 16:25. Acts 5:16-19

Open door means an advancement of the gospel of Jesus Christ. 

Open door means you are granted a new access. Revelation 11:19
