Over the next five podcasts, we're diving deeper into the five Koshas - the five layers of being that yoga philosophy says make up who we are. This week we're starting with the outermost layer: Annamaya Kosha, the physical body. This is everything you can see and touch - flesh, bone, blood, all the molecules that form your physical self. We'll be exploring what this layer actually consists of, why it matters, and the importance of keeping your physical body healthy so it can serve as a reliable vehicle to carry you through life. 

Emma and Andy try to keep their podcasts light-hearted and unedited, wherever possible, allowing for a more natural conversation style and an authentic representation of their characters. They aim to provide information and entertainment by mixing their knowledge, research and personal experiences with debate and (occasional) opposing view points. :-)
