Continuing on the birthday processing,  from Episode 058 - Age Is But A Number, today I am thinking about how we can put a lot of pressure on our birthdays to make us feel a certain way. 
Perhaps if we focused more on filling our hearts and selves with the things that we see as 'special birthday treats' more regularly, then we could arrive at our birthdays with a lot more peace, and be more able to enjoy them.
