Jessica is a yoga studio owner, full-time bartender, long-distance athlete, and life enthusiast! She is also a holistic health practitioner and wellness advocate working with doTERRA essential oils to bring natural healthcare tools and solutions into the foreground of people's lives. She works one-on-one with individuals looking to find their true purpose and passions in life amidst the chaos of being human. In addition to her life's work, she also loves being outside in nature, diving into self-care practices, cooking food to nourish her body and mind, and spending time with her family.
