Resilience is like a muscle. 

 

Life will always throw you curveballs. Be it relationships, business, money or health.  

 

How you deal with them, and your stress response depends on your resilience. By building your resilience you become better equipped to deal with life’s curve balls.

 

In this episode I share what I believe are the five steps to becoming more resilient when things don’t go to plan:

 

  • Get out of your comfort zone
  • Cold water therapy
  • Mindful meditation
  • Gratitude list
  • Resistance training and exercise
