What’s frustrating is that I’m flicking jobs to friends every day. I probably flick about as much work as I do. And the spillage….. I don’t even ring some people back.

And yet, my competitors are a bit quiet. They are always delighted to take my slops. So, There’s an opportunity to expand here, but I need a concrete plan to follow.
