This week on the show we are joined by one of our founder members Nicky Simpson. 

Nic has many accolades to her name, here are just a few: she's been a firefighter for over 12, a high-level cross-fit competitor, a Muay Thai fighter, an International rugby player and she is also one of a few REORG sponsored athletes. 

Last year she was promoted to blue belt on the podium after winning her division at the English Open. She now continues to train alongside the rest of her family here at GBRL.
