062 When we come to a dead end - Living the Lazarus Life

Listen Later

Whether it's physical, emotional, or spiritual, there are times in life when we feel like we've come to a dead end, and we wonder where Jesus is. It's important to know that there is no resurrection without a tomb. Authentic transformation needs a death from which to rise. Find out more in this sermon preached by Rev. Dr. Sara Singleton.
This sermon is from the series, "Living the Lazarus Life." We are all Lazarus. We all can rise up from the tomb when Jesus calls us.

This is from the podcast, Anchored in Christ, coming to you from Old South Presbyterian Church in Newburyport, MA.
Rev. Dr. Sara Singleton is the pastor at Old South Presbyterian Church.
Old South was founded in 1756 as a home base for itinerant power preacher, George Whitefield (who preached to as many as 25,000 people on Boston Common). But it's not a museum; it's a living church with vibrant membership, as you'll discover when you listen to these sermons.
If you are ever near Newburyport, Mass. on a Sunday morning, please join us for worship. Come as you are; all are welcome!
