Drink of the Week: An original cocktail for St. Cecilia

1 mostly empty jar of jam

½ grapefruit

4 oz. bourbon

Squeeze the grapefruit into the jam jar, and then add the bourbon. Put the jam jar lid on and shake forty times. Transfer to a low ball glass with ice.
