Focusing on the early 20th Century, we'll explore how African Americans and Caribbean immigrants' understanding of race shaped their perception of one another. How that impacted the job and housing sectors in the Northern US states, regarding these two groups of people. Also, paying attention to the experience of the newly arrived Afro-Caribbean immigrants in the US.
