Shelly Yorgesen is the CEO of Executive Networking Events and President of Operation Christmas Magic. 

She comes from humble beginnings where she grew up on a farm and now runs network marketing events at castles in Europe to spreading Christmas Magic to those who are less fortunate. 

In this episode, we will hear about timeless wisdom handed to her by her parents working on the farm about fixing broken things, building relationships, why it is vital to have a trustworthy spouse behind you because it isn't all roses being married to your business partner, raising kids, and chasing big dreams that started with dirty potatoes.

She says it is one crazy yes at a time and taking each zig and zag because you don't know where the next opportunity may come, like being the water girl and jumping at the drop of a dime to be the MC, which lead to being an executive director and running companies. Shelly does all this by taking a significant risk and doing things upside down.
