What a saying! Sometimes, that is essential, like having insurance or a first aid kit, but using that principal into all of life can sometimes lead us having too much. Like a lot of too much. And then we can get stressed by the clutter we find ourselves in. But August is utterly brilliant sharing their insights and wisdom.
