We spent the last 9 months in full tilt research mode. Hundreds of musicians were polled and three big themes came back with regards to obstacles in the way of living a healthy lifestyle as a creative: knowledge and accessibility of movement appropriate for the artist, having energy to complete the demands of the day and how to stay focused, motivated and in a positive space.
You guys gave us your insight and we thank you. We heard you. We are excited to announce the winter 2021 intake of the Level 1 Music Fit Method: Movement Coach Certification for Music Industry Professionals. This is an accredited program, equal parts personal and professional development, aimed to educate those that are interested in learning how to radically level up their own quality of life and then have the complete understanding and confidence to teach their newly acquired skills to others.
