• If you need some accountability help, some mindset help, help thinking about your firm’s “WHY” and value proposition, or you just want some experienced guidance from experts without going as far as a full-time consulting engagement, then maybe group coaching, training, or accountability coaching is for you.
• If you have a good idea of the next steps you need to work on at your firm and need some expertise in mapping your goals to actual delivered processes (whether they’re regarding financial, technology, or marketing), reaching out to consulting agencies may be the best next step for you. 

1. It’s always a great thought exercise to put you and your business in the middle and think about how others can support you and your firm to improve.
