In the middle of a cold January night in 1999, a fire burns a house to the ground. Although initially investigated as an accident, it soon becomes clear this was a murder. Eyewitnesses reported seeing a man and several cars in the area on the night in question, but all these years later, the police can't even be sure of what gender the perpetrator is.
