Mironel De Wilde is a CNVC-certified NVC trainer who focuses on cultivating a deep understanding and integration of NVC consciousness in his trainings. He has studied and practiced various forms of spiritual and personal growth since he was a teenager. His first contact with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2014 changed his life and his perspective on what personal growth means. He has been living and sharing NVC ever since and aspires to embody this consciousness as a path to wholeness.

In this episode, he shared what nonviolent communication means in the most digestible way and how we can swiftly integrate it into our daily lives. He also shared how the practice of nonviolent communication provides us with freedom within ourselves and with everyone around us.
