PB Machine Tech is Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturing company located in Bagenealstown, Co. Carlow & part of the Burnside Group which employs over 1000 people. Manging Director of PB Machine Tech Lily Holmes joined John to chat about the history of The Burnside Group, business during Covid and the potential impacts of Brexit. 

On the 31st December 2020 the transition period for the UK to leave the EU will have ended. Denis Casey of Casey Business Consulting spoke with John about the plans that businesses can implement now to insure a smooth transition for their organisation.

Caitriona Cullen joined John to chat about her family business Cullen Nurseries. Caitriona chats about diversification and farming and how although while very challenging Covid-19 also offered opportunities for them to grow their business.

On Thursday night, John hosted a special Bottom Line Kilkenny Chamber Awards 2020 programme which honoured two great local business people -  Kitty Donohoe and Bobby Kerr and this week we listen back to their words on overcoming adversity and thoughts for the future.
