Economist Jim Power joined John to discuss the economic outlook of the country at present, the implications of Brexit and what we can expect for the year ahead.

This week the results of a global survey of Business and HR Leaders conducted by Irish firm Harmonics and OI global Partners was released. "The Future of Work 2020" survey highlights the positives, negatives and challenges that the pandemic and digital transformation are bringing to the world of work. John FitzGerald Founder and Managing Director of Harmonics joined John to discuss the survey in more detail.

Mary Bourke of DeBurca Design spoke with John about her journey to becoming a goldsmith and jewellery designer. Mary discussed the challenges to her business brought about by Covid and the need to move her business online.

With the Governments announcements on the plans for reopening, Pat Crotty Chair of Kilkenny City Centre Task Force joined John to discuss local business CF Pharma's initiative  to support businesses to reopen safely as well as what lies ahead for business and society in the lead up to Christmas.
