Stan holds the title as the Worlds Strongest Bodybuilder. He studied Exercise Science at the University of Oregon and has been training high school, collegiate, and professional athletes for over 25 years, including legends such as Hafthor Bjornsson, Ed Coan, Ben Smith, Flex Wheeler, and literally thousands of others. Stan is also a successful entrepreneur, having built three different start-up businesses into multi-million dollar companies, including The Vertical Diet, which is widely adopted by average Joes and professional athletes all over the world. Stan is a pinnacle of consistency with decades of superhuman strength and business success under his belt, and the lessons he's learned along the way are invaluable. Above it all, Stan is an incredible man, husband, and father, and it was truly an honor to host him on the show.
