As many of you know, Nick and Kyle are happy people, Kyle sometimes too much. You as an individual are in control of how you feel and if you are always negative that has an effect on others. If you are happy and positive, it has an effect on others. Here is an exercise, look at the person next to you and smile, tell them how good they make you feel and try to make them laugh. See how well it affects you and them.
