For my 25 years working in the field, administrative professionals have had the same struggles - respect and inclusion in executive process at the top of the list. Admin professionals have been lamenting - and still are! - about the same struggles, wanting to be business partners with their executives, but barely anything has changed.

Is it time to redirect efforts to train the executives and HR professionals instead? Should the claim that being an admin doesn't require an advanced degree change to match the level of the rest of the C-suite team?

You can't keep doing the same thing over and over and expect the same results. Something needs to change.
